Rainy Mood.com

Rainy Mood.com is a simple site with no other purpose than to emulate the natural sound of rain, thunder, birds and wind within a 30 minute loop. Alot of people like myself enjoy listening to rain or even the sight of it as it's a well known fact that is has been found to be relaxing even as babies.

If im feeling slightly down or just in a relaxing mood and I have no-one else distracting me then I would tend to simply listen to this awesome loop and chill, possibly listening to some other music with it as alot of things tend to mix VERY well.

So I suggest you check the site out if you haven't already. If you find something similar, or even find a good relaxing song to mix with the loop, post in the comments!

Portal Bookends!

So these badass Portal bookends that are shown above were designed and created by redditor TriangleMen’s friend. Apparently these aren't for sale currently but may be in the future, personally I think I would 100% pay for these anywhere up to £25/$40.

And to be honest, I probably wouldn't even use them as bookstands but more as a toy to add to my geek collection. Anyway, check it out and keep track yourself. Oh also might I add, that I believe this was a triumph and that his promises of selling them are not a lie......

Although only having 49 pageviews, I found this rather hilarious. Firstly the Browser views made me happy and I felt sorry for that one guy whos using IE.

Second, the operating systems didn't surprise me, but I was glad to see that someone is expanding beyond Windows !
